TERMS OF USE
You should be aware of the following Terms of Use when adding content to your web site. We're sure you won't do any of the following but you may risk losing your web site if you do.
- The web site cannot be hosted by any other organisation. This means you cannot copy the web site and transfer it to another host.
- Ensure you have the legal right to upload content. Do not upload content/photographs if they are the copyright-protected property of someone else.
- We reserve the right to remove without notice or refund any web site that we deem unsuitable, for example (the list is not exhaustive):
- Those that would violate any applicable law, regulation or third party right;
- Those encouraging illegal activity or racism;
- Those that promote or utilize software or services designed to deliver unsolicited e-mail;
- Those advertising any materials, products and/or services related to pornography.
- Links to other web sites and/or pages of the internet is not permitted.
- Any updates must not be in contravention of the Terms of Use.
That's it really, like we said we're sure you wont fall into any of the above but we have the legal duty to mention it.
